By using this website and placing orders with Stone & Fire, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability. Prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) inclusive of applicable VAT. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if we are unable to fulfil it.

Delivery

We deliver within Dubai only. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors. Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Damaged or defective products may be returned within 48 hours of delivery for a full refund or replacement. Products must be unused and in original condition. Contact us at hello@stoneandfire.ae to initiate a return.

Limitation of Liability

Stone & Fire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
